Hi

I posted a complaint a few months ago regarding the debit order that went off on our business account with Vodacom. They claimed that there has been data used from the number and we demanded a statement to explain this. We keep on receiving calls from Vodacom threatening us to pay the account immediately but Vodacom initially never responded to what we believed was a valuable question. I have been trying to contact Vodacom accounts the whole morning with the hope to achieve something but the line keeps cutting off.

We would like to settle this to avoid any more discomfort in the future. Can Vodacom Business accounts please make a definite effort to contact me directly to sort this out.
