Pathetic Service - Incorrect Billing

I have been billed incorrectly on my account. They will charge me for MTN to other providers then not charge me for MTN to MTN. I have an Anytime package! I pointed this out to Autopage on the 20/12/2013, after numerous excuses I eventually got a called logged. I contacted them again on the 31/12/2013 to follow up. I was passed on from pillar to post and told I had exceeded my minutes (179min), when it clearly shows on my account I only used 143 min. After being put on hold for 30minutes I physically went to the Autopage Head Office in Midrand. I first sat with a lady who after an hour of me sitting in front of her showing her the facts, that she cannot help me further as I have gone over my 179 allocated minutes as per the billing department. I then asked to speak to a manager and I was referred to Merchan Govender (who was acting Manager), he promised that everything will be corrected and credited as it was a clear error from their part. I have tried emailing, calling on numerous occasions, but he either does not answer his phone, or if he does answer makes excuses for not responding to calls or emails. To date I have not received a credit for the months of Nov, Dec & Jan!
