Pathetic! Disgusting Customer Service

On my last invoice from Autopage (96626521) I noticed that i was being billed for sms's being sent to an international number. I logged a query on the My Account service The response from Autopage was that the sms's were being sent to the United Kingdom and thereafter the call was closed. I re logged a few more calls and I was getting no joy from Autopage. I then went to the Midrand head office, spoke to a consultant Merchan Govender, who to date, has not given me any feedback, even though I have emailed him to follow up. Had I sent those sms's to that specific number, I would really not waste my time and energy arguing with Autopage. It's all well and good that the investigations show that the SMS were being sent from my phone, how about they back track to December 2012, as I did a sim swop in February this year. I have now requested a block on messages to international numbers in order to avoid unnecessary charges that I am not even responsible for, just to get told that this request is not possible. However, international sms's being received can be blocked. How does this help me? What if I get billed for R5000.00 just for like this? I need an urgent solution!!!
