I HAVE 2 CONTRACTS WITH AUTOPAGE CELLULAR. ONE ONE LINE, THEY KEEP BILLING ME FOR 2 DEVICES, BUT I ONLY HAVE ONE DEVICE. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE MAY 2013. AT FIRST THEY HAD ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES OF WHY I MUST PAY FOR 2 DEVICES. THE EVENTUALLY ADMITTED THAT IT WAS A BILLING ERROR. BUT THEY DO NOT RECTIFY IT??? I FOLLOW UP REGULARLY, AGAIN TODAY, SO THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT HE CAN SEE THAT THE QUERY IS LOGGED, BUT THAT NOTHING WAS DONE AFTER THAT. THEY ARE SO QUICK TO CUT YOUR LINE IF YOU DONT PAY THE ACCOUNT IN TIME, BUT IF I ADD UP THE DOUBLE BILLED AMOUNTS, THEY NOW OWE ME CLOSE TO R1500. SEEMS LIKE THEY LIKE TO TAKE MONEY THAT DOESNT BELONG TO THEM. YOU CANNOT EVEN COMPLAIN ABOUT BAD SERVICE, BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE ANY KIND OF SERVICE AT ALL.
