My line went down on 15th of Jan 2014. Logged the fault on-line that night. the next day logged a call with my isp as well. Phone the after of 16th of Jan it was at the technical department and waiting on a technician . the thing is is really anoid is that there is no updates on the website to what is happening with you call. you have to phone the whole time to follow up.
today i have phoned both the isp and telkom to get some answers. Telkom now only escalated the problem even tho the story has not change much that in waiting on a technician. this now day 5 and still my line is not sorted.
if any on at telkom sort this out asap it would be much appreciated
