Logged a call for a data investigation on the 27th December 2013 as a got the surprise of a R2600 bill, itemized billing showed me that from the sim was activated it downloaded between 50mb and 600mb per day just after 12am. Tried numerous times to follow up, but is always told that they leave the relevant department a message to contact me, and thus is been going on since the 16th.
