Over 80 Minutes on phone to Telkom - no help

The first report on this website for a line to be moved to a new address landed up with a email from Tswelopele Nyide from Escalation department and escalation ref. nu ARS 232641.

Phoned Telkom this morning with escalation ref nu. and was told the job is opened and a technician will have the line done today and i must phone back, which i have now done.

Initial request to move line was 17 July 2013

Telkom only logged the request 16 August 2013

Monica at Options centre says the line needs to be validated and released.

An hour and 20 minutes later i speak to Ntsako at Options centre is trying to schedule a date for the line and the soonest date is 17 september 2013 and if the line is not moved then they will escalate it.

The reason the line was not moved before because Telkom did not complete the order as per Ntsako.

Telkom service is terrible terrible terrible!

And i bet, the line will not be moved and this will just be escalated... Passing the buck.
