Please refer to my previous report! One of your consultants called me and we completed the contract application process. He left a voicemail on my phone on 17 January, but I have no idea what he said. When I called your call centre they couldn't pick up my ID number and no one can direct me to any person that should help me! Pathetic!!! Then I saw that Telkom processed a debit order to my account! I have not received any services as yet. I don't keep any funds in my cheque accounts after debit orders is processed at the beginning of the month and thus the payment have not gone through and I got charged a penalty fee for a failed debit order!!! You did not inform me that a debit order will be processed and neither have I received any service. When I called your call centre about 9h00 20 January I spoke to Bongani, he also could not find my ID number on your records and could not give me instructions how to be helped other than going to a Telkom outlet. How is that possible? What system are you running? I see there has been no feedback onmy previous complaint as well
