Lack of interest from service provide

My BB10 BBM service expired on 10 Jan. On 11 Jan I requested activation of the service but it was never activated and the airtime I loaded for this purpose was depleted due to data services. I received an sms stating the service is available until 0000-00-00 and R19 will be deducted. I called the customer care on 13 Jan and was advised to recharge again and resend a request. Still the service did not activate. I called again the following day and was told it is a technical issue that randomly occurs, was given a ref no S3-04336-6EMIS, and advised it will be resolved in 24 hours. It has since been 4 days and still the issue persists. There is no consistency in the response from the customer care as the first response was that i must just resend a request. Everytime I load airtime to try and activate the service it is depleted due to updates on my device. It has been more than a week that I have tried to activate this service and Vodacom is not doing anything to assist me. I will not call the call centre again as it wastes my time to firstly get ahold of an agent and then they do not understand what the issue is. Vodacom needs to sort this problem out immediatly
