Ibought a BBQ5 from Vodacom (prepaid) and Iwas told that theres BB10 plan of R19 that you can activate for BBM.I activated that but BBM didnot work, i called their callcentre they advised they will investigate as they don't know what's the issue. They investigated, noone got back to me to say the issue was RESOLVED.I received an sms that i was refunded and I can activate again. SO I called the callcentre (082155) to confirm if I can really activate again so I don't waste my money. I spoke to an agent by the name of SAM he said ican activate the plan it will work and he will callme back after 20min as he will monitor this. I didnot want to buy because i knew the same thing might happen again but Sam said it will work. So i activated the plan but it did not work and guess what? HE DIDNOT CALLME.I called back and i spoke to MATTHEW and he said he doesnot know SAM but I'm not able to use BBM because there's a problem with their BIS services for all BB (he's now telling me a different story which SAM DIDNOT TELLME) SAM NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND IF THEY HAD THE PROBLEM WHY ASK ME TO ACTIVATE.I want my money back, this is a 5th day trying to get this resolved. I ported my number, im not happy
