I submitted my upgrade documentation to Nick Pieterse on the 8 Nov 2013 and by the 19 Nov the documents was still not processed (11 days later).

On 20 November 2013 I went to the MTN branch only to be notified that the branch had no manager or senior consultant to deal with customer service problems. Nicolette Els overheard me telling my wife that I was changing service providers and offered her assistance.
On 22 November 2013, 2 days later, the cell phone was delivered to my house. Nicolette Els went out of her way to restore a positive image of MTN customer service, knowing that she would not receive any credit for doing Nick Pieterse work.
She not only treated me with respect but made me feel like MTN's most important client. I was kept up to date via e-mails and telephone calls.
I would not recommend MTN to any of my friends or colleagues in Port Elizabeth as I know that they would have to deal with Nick and might not be as fortunate to be saved by Nicolette.
