Simple task proving impossible

Firstly, my line is syncing at 10MB, and has been for ages.
I have been trying repeatedly to upgrade my Telkom ISP account to 10MB Uncapped.
I called last week, and went through the process - gave it a day or two and nothing, even got a SMS to rate the consultant I spoke to.
This week Monday I called again, and was told its not possible to upgrade to 10MB uncapped.
I have tweeted Telkom repeatedly, got a message that someone would call me, got a missed call the next day, and the voicemail asked me to provide them with a time I would be available, that was on Tuesday, I said from 11:45am, and nothing since, tweeted them again, ignored.
so now I'm trying hellopeter - all I want is my ISP account upgraded to 10MB uncapped
