Reported problem with our telephone liine / adsl on Friday 10th
January to Telkom.
Was informed by the call center that a technician would contact me shortly.
One week and several calls later, still no technician, just apologies and reference numbers.
I can hardly believe the treatment that's being meted to me after 20 odd years of being a loyal paying customer.
Today Friday 17th I was informed that the technicians " knock off " at 4 pm and that if they did ' nt contact me today they'd do so on Monday.
What's wrong with you Telkom? Is this how you treat your clients of 20 odd years?
Can't wait for the day we have alternate service providers so I can show you the door...
