TELKOM HALFWAY... NO I SIT AND WAIT

I applied for an ADSL connection for our business on 8 Jan 2014.
Order #: 92016593A on Business account 43607508.
The Telkom technician arrived within the second week. He pulled a cable from the pole to our office and informed us that he needs to hand over to the cable joining division.

It is now the 27 January 2014 and no word from them ever since. All our attempts to contact them failed and their Call centre might have been closed a while ago because there is nothing happening there.

Telkom's service standard is very poor and our business is relying on temporary solutions (expensive) while we wait for Telkom to complete their installation. I will NOT recommend Telkom to anyone interested in ADSL after this.

Other service providers would have completed this installation much quicker and we would have been on the internet by now. Shame on you Telkom!!
