R350 of my money is floating around at Telkom

On the 28/12/2013 my data expired and I was rerouted to the service provider's website which was Telkom mobile. I did a credit card payment of R350 to get the R349 data bundle.29/12/2013 I calle dagain and the agent said to email her the proof of payment. On the 30/12/2013 I called again and again was told I need to send through proof of payment.. On the 06/01/2014 I called again and the agent said that this case it close... WHAT!!! I asked her why was it close and no one has called me or email me to tell me if they found the problem as my balance was still R0.00.On 14/01/2014 I called again and was told that I had bought Telkom landline instead of Telkom data. The manager confirm that you can't buy Telkom landline using credit card but somehow I did. Basically I bought airtime that can't be bought and need to sell the airtime without having a voucher number or get the bank to reverse the payment.if I get someone to buy this airtime what voucher number do I give them and banks don't go around reversing payments.
