Sloppy, poor service, billed for unreceived goods

During the first week of the new year, I was happy when I found out that my local Vodacom shop was finally getting the latest iPhone 5S in stock. I spoke to a lady named Quanita. She advised me that a booking for my new phone was made, and that they would contact me when it has arrived. Expected time of arrival - 1 week.

3 Weeks down the line, I dialled up the store and a man named Nigel assured me that the phone was in stock. Quanita had failed to notify me. Arriving at the store, Quanita assisted me with my new phone. Sadly, she had billed me for a new smart SIM card but failed to give it to me. Currently I am without a working phone, because she failed to give me my new SIM card. As a result I've already missed one important meeting for my business, and I'm without a cellular connection. Meanwhile, customer care assures me that I am unable to reuse my old phone and SIM card. The entire Vodacom purchasing process is tedious and has flaws. In this case, due to negligence on Vodacom's part, I am without a phone and cannot make those important calls on which my working life depends.
