Four weeks without ADSL and still no service

I reported a fault on my line on 29 October. After 2 weeks and 4 calls, a technician came to our house and told us a tree needed to be cut back for them to fix the line. We immediately called Fellers, and R1000 later, I called Telkom again. I have since called another 4 times, and get only excuses, with no answer of when the line will be repaired. As I work mainly from home, it is hugely costly and frustrating to not have the ADSL, which I still have to pay for at the end of the month.
