10% discount on invoice price not received

As per the sms I received from ADT on 20 August 2013 9:39: "ADT client, your alarm has not been serviced in the past year. Please contact ADT today to book a service & receive 10% off the invoice price." I called on 20 August 2013 to book my service. I receive an invoice of R1044.10 without my discount. After a few phone calls to ADT requesting the 10% discount & new invoice to be e-mailed to me with the work performed that a new battery was installed. I receive the new invoice to see I only get 10% discount on the equipment & not the invoice price?!?!?!?!? This invoice needs to be rectified that I receive the 10% on the invoice price, as per your sms.
