Vodacom does not keep promises

I signed up for two new smart s plans. I was told by the salesman at metro homeworld at vodaworld that I can limit the data usage. I told the salesman that these contracts were for my children's use. I asked if we could limit the data usage so that they don't exceed the data bundle. He said yes and that I would have to call Vodacom. Today I tried to get this done and was abruptly told that I cant. they said they could soft block the line and that all services would be blocked. Hence if the data limit is reached everything is blocked calls and sms's as well, leaving my children without communication.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. They promise all sorts of things to get you to sign the contract, then they shaft you when you try to enforce the promise.

TYPICAL of these Large companies. I know my rights and the CPA will back me on this.

FIX THIS PROBLEM VODACOM I BEG OF YOU.
