Not getting feedback on email

Hi
I have been using iBurst for my internet connection for my laptop since 2010. I have decided that I wish to discontinue making use of their services due to bad reception and the fact that their prices are simply to high compared to what I can get elsewhere.

I sent them an email a while back and haven't heard anything back. Their website is not much help regarding information - it mostly only supplies you with their customer service helpline. I don't have the time to hang on while I wait to be helped by someone over phone, meanwhile I don't get much joy from their customer services via email. Help / advice?
