Iburst
Iburst in breach of contract

I have been using Iburst as a Internet Service provider through a re-seller Tradepage now for a number of years with different sites. Whilst some accounts are in different areas I have noticed a decline is service speed particularly in the Area of Randburg. A test on speeds on website [URL Removed] revealed that speeds in the early hours of the morning is acceptable but as soon as people start getting on the net the speeds deteriorate to a level slower than a standard dial-up service. Talking to other people in the area it is a problem not only experienced by me but all others in the area. Iburst obviously does not have the infrastructure in place for this area to offer their customers what the promise. I have logged calls to the reseller which simply tells me that the matter is being investigated. It now has been a week without any feedback despite numerous e-mails to the reseller who claims that they are awaiting a response from Iburst on their side. It is clear that Iburst does not have the bandwith in this area to accomodate the numebr of subscribers they have in the same area.
