Poor communication and slow return of products

I took in my phone for repairs at MTN Phalaborwa where I had bought it 3months prior. I handed in the phone on the 20th of December 2013. I have gone to the store several times demanding an answer but I get different stories all the time. They keep saying the phone will be available the next-week. I asked Mr Tibane to call me and update me but he hasn't been doing that either. It's been over 3 weeks and I pay for a phone I don't have.
