Pathetic Service from Vodacom

I have never experienced such bad service! I bought my phone at Vodacom Middelburg mall and my phone never worked from day one. 2 months ago I sent it to Vodacom for repairs and after waiting for more than a month without a phone, I was told that my phone has been exchanged with a new one. Clearly vodacom to me! The phone they gave me still had the same problems and on Sunday I had to send it back again. Vodacom you have caused me so much stress. Today i call them to find out how far they are with my phone and I am told it hasn't even reached the repairs centre, which is only 30km away from the store I handed it in. Vodacom I don't think you realise how paintful it is to sit for weeks and weeks without a phone, especially in this information age! You have basically put my life on hold. I am tired of calling you everyday trying to find out what is my phone's progress. Please return my phone to me FIXED! JOB 8966763
