Cellc see has done it again every year around December these guys me up in terms of biiling
My unbilled amount for december which is payable end of January was R140, then I overpay them with R60 meaning i paid R200 for end of December, then what you know they bill me R240 for end of January, how anfair, CELLC BIG TIME...
