Duplication of orde

After Vodacom have duplicated my order and keep on billing me I have phoned several times. They asked an affidavit which I did and send it to them. The consultants promise me every month it will be rectified but it doesn't happen Today I have made an enquiry again and I hold the line for more than an hour with no response. I also had an online chat with them, they couldn't assist
