Handed my phone in 4 times... not repaired yet!!

I have handed my phone in for repairs to these problems 4 times:

Job numbers & Dates:

1. 7/10/2013 - 8
2. 14/10/2013 - 3
3. 22/10/2013 - 7
4. 10/12/2013 - 1 (This time the phone was escalated for
replacement, but only got the broken phone back.)

*THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! *

On the last day that I collected my phone, I tested the handset while in
the store. I even showed the manager and the staff assisting me, and they
agreed that it wasn't fixed. Every time I give my phone in, the report
says that a software update was done. My phone doesn't need software updates
anymore.

I am fed up of making backups of this phone, every time downloading all my
apps again and especially driving back and forth to hand my phone in and to
collect it again. In the last 3 months, Vodacom had my phone more than what
I've had it.

I then went home and sent the VODACOM REPAIRS ESCALATIONS department (attention Sony Rep, as instructed by Menlyn's repairs manager). I then received a mail back, informing me that they will attend to the problem within 24 hours. That was 9 days ago. I still haven't received any email or phone call from anybody.
