Cell C defrauding customers on Data

I topped up my Cell C data with 1GB and never got the bundle added and now Cell C customer care tell me I have received and used it, something I deny totally as I didn't get any SMS confirmation like I normally do and no data as well! Please, Cell C get your systems in order!! This is a rip off and totally unfair to your customers!! Four days later I still haven't gotten the data and I can see I have already lost out here! I have no choice but to use other service providers and dump Cell C!!!
