Line remains faulty after numerous calls logged

My tel line and ADSL has been intermittent (down mostly) since 6 Jan. I logged calls daily via call center, sms's to 30591 or via Telkom website. I'm a premium ADSL subscriber and I settle my bill monthly yet I cannot get service! On 16 Jan at 12.27pm I called the Fault Reporting Center and spoke with Cyrus who did not know the status of my problem or when it would be resolved. He could not dispatch me to the technician assigned to the call. He could also not see the history of my fault reporting which goes back 6 months. He transferred me Service Activations but Nokuthula could not help either. I asked for for Cancellations & was transferred to Meisie at Retention at 12:42pm. She was rude and abrupt! I told her I was considering cancelling because I couldn't get service. She couldn't see my history only that a technician was assigned. She asked if she should cancel the technician assigned to the problem. WHAT?!! She did not offer me anything to retain me!! She terminated the call while I was talking to her! IS THIS SERVICE?! I am switching service unless Telkom fixes my problem and compensates me for downtime. If you want ref #'s I have them.
