Two weeks and no action

Logged a ticket almost 2 weeks ago. Phoned to get a status update a week later. And get told Telkom closed the call after confirming with me. Never saw a technician from Telkom or heard from one. Mweb reopens ticket. I start phoning daily to get status updates. Al I get told every day is we will escalate. Well escalating does nothing. Eventually get a call stating a Telkom technician is assigned. Get another call the next day stating a Telkom technician is assigned. Guess what another day goes by and no Telkom Technician. No ADSL line. I am paying for a service which I am not getting.
