Cell C bills my account after cancellation

3-4 Weeks ago I phoned Cell C regarding a contract I had with them which I did not even agree to in the first place, however, I have been paying it for the past 2 years. The contract ended in December and i phoned in and spoke to a consultant who was not even of great assistance. I did however make it VERY CLEAR that I do not want an upgrade or anything of that sort. This morning Cell C debited my bank account yet again and the amount has now gone up that I was debited with (reference of the transaction: 39872301 1. How hard is it to log a request for cancellation, I already went out of my way to phone in way ahead of January!!

This is no threat but I want my money refunded, full amount credited back to me, I will not leave this to rest. I am highly annoyed and disappointed by the poor, pathetic and imcompetent service!!!

I refuse to pay after I have already logged for a request to cancel the contract. The agent even confirmed that the contract has come to an end so I want answers.
