Telkom Mobile take money that wasn't owed

I cancelled my data contract on 31December 2013. Understanding that I needed to pay a 30 day notice period I was not concerned when a debit order was taken for the month of January. However my service was then stopped on the 6th January 2014. So I paid for a month's service that I did not receive. I was willing to let this go until Telkom Mobile proceeded to take a further debit order for the month of February. This amounts to of my money which in this economic climate is required by my family to eat for the next 2 weeks.
