Galaxy s4 and Blackberry 9360 Repairs

Actualy I don't know what to say or do anymore. Mtn is just a useless company which doesn't care about us as customers. I logged a complaint last week about the same matter they responded on HP with a promise that a consultant will call me even today I am still waiting. Both my wives phone and my phone went for repairs in early november and they are still not back for not back for repairs. What do I need to say or do now? When I phoned about 2 weeks ago Smartphone plus said the Blackberry has been fixed awaiting mtn to give them authorization to despatch the phone even today no update? Hello Peter please advise me on what to do now because it is getting worse by day with mtn they just don't care @ all. If I block mtn not to debit my account month end they will threaten me with their lawyers which is not fair for I can't pay for something that I am not using. I am paying for an S4 but they loaned me a galaxy pocket. If I give up a fight now because fighting a ghost won't help me now. I hope this will reach the CEO Mr Sifiso maybe that's when I'll get a clue of what next
