On the 7th of Jan I requested online to move my line to the new premises. No response. In the mean time the new tenants on the old premises can phone on my bill, due to your inaction.
Your 10210 number is also understaffed. I cannot not get through.
Please fix this immediately as I will hold you liable for that account.
