Almost 1 month and no response from Telkom

My Grandparents house phone has been broken for over 3 weeks and nobody from Telkom cares. We have been doing constant follow ups and were even informed that the issue was resolved, however after numerous follow ups and numerous reference numbers given; NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.We are heading into the 4th week and still we have no even been contacted by Telkom. My grandparents are old and urgently need their phone repaired.
