Are Vodacom still service providers??

Wow!! Prior to December of 2013 I was an ambassador for Vodacom, no other network would come near a recommendation from me!! My experience with a second contract with Vodacom has changed my thinking completely to the point where I wish i was not legally bound to a contract with them... This is my second complaint on this contract and it is going from bad to worse, I took out a uchoose smart 100 contract on an LG G2 in Dec of last year which includes 200MB data, 200 smes monthly and free minutes, today I tried to call the call centre to tell them that I cannot use my free minutes, instead the sms are chewing up airtime on the phone... on my 3rd attempt speaking to a 3rd person and after 23.43 minutes the phone I have given up. PLEASE CAN A MANAGER CALL ME SOONEST.
