Telkom Mobile incoming Calls Barred

I have ported over to Cell C on 23-Sep-2013. Since then I could not receive calls from one Telkom Mobile/8ta number. I logged a query on 27-Sep-2013, nothing was resolved since Cell C needed more info from me about other Telkom Mobile/8ta numbers that could not call me.
I re-logged another query after acquiring another Telkom Mobile number that could not call me - this was logged on 13-Oct-2013. To date, I am still not able to receive calls from Telkom Mobile numbers. All that Cell C (the porting department) tells me is that they have sent an email to Telkom Mobile and there is nothing further that they can do. The persons that I have spoken to at the porting dept are Lerato and Mphoneng.
Last week I also had a crisis where my wife urgently needed to call me regarding the of my vehicle but was unable since she is on Telkom Mobile. I am thinking about porting over to Vodacom or MTN since Cell C cannot seem to assist. Cell C advertises so strongly on cheap data and voice but with that also comes cheap quality service to the customer.
