'Your service has been suspended'

This was the message I received from my ISP yesterday.
It took me a while of fault finding to work out what had happened. Yup, my account had been suspended so no internet, no email etc.
When I phoned the accounts dept. I discovered that an amount of R351 was outstanding for an additional email account I added a year ago. So a year down the line without any warning my account was suspended.
