BILLED AGAIN FOR TELKOMS MISTAKE!!!

I had a problem, where Telkom sold me a contract for R 99.00 over the phone and then proceeded to charge me R199.00.
Then after me explaining that they did not tell me the contract costs R199 I proceeded to return the phone and not take the more expensive contract,
NOW THEY BILLING ME FOR CANCELLING THE CONTRACT!!!

How does TELKOM 8ta think that they can bill me for a contract that they suggested I cancel BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE.

I spoke to over 18 consultants! And now they draw the money out of my bank account!
