Arrogant behavio

I bought 3gb data via fnbonline since Cell c advertising 3gb data for promotional value of R299 for 365 days, but after the purchase got a SMS stating validity of data only for 30days instead of an year, there after contacted cell c customer care (Sydney), with an arrogant nature, which I felt guilty to be a Cell c client, so I am planning to take the matter up with ICASA, please help
