Uncapped, Yeah Right!!

I'm extremely disappointed in Afrihost's service lately. The new month has just started and I'm capped already. When i phoned in, i was informed that "Your servers cant handle the load, and priority is given to the mobile data users!!! " What nonsense is this? I pay for an uncapped service, but because you cant provide the service, i must be capped.

I tried a Trial Service at MWEB, and wow, no problems at all. You must please explain to me, why you keep on accepting new clients if you cant even service your existing ones.
