What service? Broken promises/no feedback

Tired of wasting your hard earned money to support incompentence? Then do yourself the favor and stay away from Altech Autopage! Called the local branch to confirm if they had a iPhone 5S available as no one else had stock. Promised to have phone in 2 working days. When collecting the phone it was the Wrong phone! Which meant wrong contract info = wrong monthly subscription. Subcription fee provide excluded VAT. Over promised, under delivered. No feedback. I went to the shop and talked with the manager (consultant was on leave) I received the correct phone. Received the bill. Monthly subscription R580.00. Bill - R815.00. Charged for i.e. sms which was sent abroad??? 200 SMS bundle? Don't even know people abroad. Was advised by branch to send email ID in order request itemised bill? No other fees accept for the pro rata were discussed. Called Customer Services had to hold numerous times as the person tried to understand his own system. No callback offered while sorting out this issue. Dealt with like a kid. Was informed fault has been logged and that I HAD TO CALL BACK IN 24 HOURS to get feedback! All contact details on contract/invoice are incorrect. Pay as you go!! Literally!
