So for the last 9 moths i have been trying to get results an service from vodacom, the reception keeps dropping and the 3G dingle keeps disconnecting saying that the reception is not available, this happens about 3 times a day and it takes about 30mins to connect it again.
Every time i lodge a complaint some uninformed someone calls from customer care telling memthey are planning a new tower in the area! Ya right, this is SA, nothing happens as promised.
Vodacom convinced me to move all my busines onto their network, so i dropped Telkom and changed everything to vodacom and guess what, i am not getting the service that i am paying for!! Evrytime it is the same ols excuse of we will look into it, i think they have bad eye sight, because no one tells me what they saw while looking into it!

My next step is to contact the consumer act and hear where is stand, i have all the e mails sent to vodacom and they all ahve the same non satisfactory reply!

Customer care at Vodacom needs a Customer care!

Cant wait to see what standard answer will come from this!
