Bad reception for the last 12 months in kriel

Bad reception for the past 12 months in the Kriel and Bethal area. I have logged numerous calls for dropped calls and bad reception. No action is taken, the only answer I get is that the consultant will send the query to the relevant department. I could not even finish the complaint I made today for dropped calls.
