MTN not following up as promised

I refer to both of these reference numbers: REQ:3061256, REQ:3015227

I have received two emails from MTN saying the matter of cancelling my contract after i complained to MTN on. However, to date, i have not received any help. I finally contacted the call center and they were unable to help. I have tried to find the details of the regional manager on my own but I have not been able to find any details that will help me. Please cancel my contract immediately as is my right as a consumer and refund all monies spent on this contract immediately.

Please deal with this matter before the next debit order comes off my account for a phone I don't have.
