Still trying to cancel contract

So here we are...
Still trying to cancel my contract. When I initially tried to cancel it, I sent the phone back but forgot to include the charger, my mistake. However, I phone them a couple of times to find out what is going on, hoping for someone to tell me I can drop off the charger at a Cell C shop or send it back at my own expense. Belew are my 3 reference numbers (I phone more than 3 times, stopped taking reference numbers after that because they were useless!):

Now I have been told the OBF has expired and it is my fault. This is unacceptable, and I am still waiting for someone to phone me back after my last Hellopeter complaint! My bank account has been debited for the second month running, the phone is lying in a drawer at work as I refuse to use it because I cancelled the contract!
I am officially fed up with Cell C, I honestly have never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent company in all of my life! I demand a refund and the contract to be cancelled immediately. Why must I pay for something I dont want? Dont we have some sort of a consumer right in this country??
