Still refusing to see that they are wrong

I wrote to Hellopeter on the 10th December regarding money deducted from my account and incorrect charges to my wife's Planet Fitness Account. The reply I got was obtuse and showed that no-one had bothered to examine my complaint. I my original communication with them I advised them that I did not have any documentation as my emails from 2011 no longer exist and the original contract was handed to the manager when my contract was cancelled. Again I confirm that I received a refund from them for the unused portion of the contract. However everyone seems to be missing the point. Forget the cancellation as that is history my complaint is that my wife took out an up front contract and paid R 5464.00 which is reflected on the statement they sent me. The monthly debit started appearing immediately which was obviously wrong and was credited on a few occasions when we complained. We never received an account after getting the refund so were unaware that the original error had crept back in. All the statements and the original contract support my claim but for some reason no-one seems to want to get into the matter because if they did they would pick up the problem immediately.
