Poor service and no answers

My DSL has been down since the 9th of January 2014. I have made 6 phone calls thus far and still no one can tell me what the actual fault is, or when it will be fixed. I just spoke to another call centre representative who confirmed that no one has been working on my problem since the 11th. The call was escalated yesterday but still no one has looked at the problem. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I have been with Telkom for the last 8 years now. But I will be looking at different options now.
