NO PHONE FOR 6 DAYS NOW

My telephone has been dead for 6 days now and no sign of any action except very apologetic call centre personnel and a couple of sms's saying it's been handed to the repair people.

I am sorry to have to resort to this medium but each time my lines are down nothing happens unless I go public. Please Telkom we rely on your service and it is awfully slow. Help me!!
