I have had it up to my eyeballs with this company.

Ever since first signing with them about 5 years ago I have had nothing but drama ranging from delays on delivery of an upgrade, to cutting my phone off once a month for failure to pay (they were debiting the wrong account, after I changed it 3 times!!!)

The latest issue being that for the last 12 months I have been charged for services that I am not using namely:
1) B.I.S - I upgraded to an iPhone and the salesman didn't remove the blackberry service?!
2) An monthly 100sms bundle that was not, and never has been credited to my account.
I have told them I want this contract cancelled because the shocking service and incorrect billing surmounts to breach of contract but they maintain that I have to pay a settlement of R3787.90?!

I am at a loss for words. Where do I go from here?
