Upgrade... No phone delivered! Shocking Service

On 26 April I upgraded my CEO's contract. We waited 10 days but no phone was delivered. I called & was told that the phone had been invoiced but they couldnt track the phone so I must just wait for it to be delivered. This is completely unacceptable - how do I tell my CEO to just wait for a phone with no indication of when she should receive it??? Frustrated & fed up with Autopage I demanded they reverse the upgrade as we will be porting the contract when it expires. I have phoned 3 times now over 11 days since I first requested it be cancelled & they STILL have not credited the account but was told that phones should be going out for delivery on Friday 17 May & ours will be delivered soon after. What dont you understand about cancelling the upgrade!?!?! I have said numerous times to NOT send the phone, you will be wasting courier fees because we will not accept it & WILL be porting & they just ignore me! What the is wrong with Autopages Customer Service... it certainly has gone to the dogs & make no mistake; as each of our contracts expire, I will be porting every single company & personal line out of Autopage... Im disgusted with the service Autopage thinks is acceptable!
